At DND Gel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional nail products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items and include your RA number inside the box, then ship the package to the address provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
